THE WEST NORWOOD SLOW FOOD FESTIVAL!
YUP only I would be mad enough to take on a council initiative to run a slow food festival on a high street where there are 27 fast food restaurants(do they call them restaurants?).. anyway myself and my collaborator Sarah Coursey have been working a bit too hard actually to make sure that it is a fantastic event..

Blanch&Shock, East London bespoke food design and catering company, will be transforming the church into our very own pop-up dinner, Raise Your Forks and Light The Candles The evening will feature a 4-course menu, totally original and surprising choices, slow food and totally gourmet, and we have special surprise musical guests. There are only 60 seats so please book cos its gonna be great; yes fine dining WILL come to West Norwood!

There will be live music, loads of foraging and lots of delicious delicious food stalls... oh and did I mention The Alchemist.... she makes cocktails... good ones apparently..
Oh and I have hired a couple clowns and a giant beehive to keep the kids entertained.. so whats your excuse!!!! I will only accept pre booked transatlantic flights as a viable excuse!!
